All India Radio..you got a good thing going..except you dont even know it.

Woke up this morning determined to have good music on while cooking up the weekend breakfast for my loved one..as I'm gadget-challenged (and our 'home theater system' is possibly a spaceship in disguise) - I have had to write down all the instructions on a piece of paper just to turn the radio on.
Long story short- today is about All India Radio's (AIR) FM Rainbow (107.1 MHz). Now, this is a pleasant surprise- they play the best music between 8 and 11 AM every single day. Its English. Its diverse and eclectic - could be the Rocking 40's one day and the latest trance-electronica the next..(In the words of Forrest Gump..it's like a box of chocolates...)...but the best part of the show is not even the music! Its the AIR quirks..which you will ONLY find on AIR and other Government run services..as I like to say-'ITS SOOO BAD, THAT ITS GOOOOD!!!'....here are my Top 5 quirks..
